LATEST PROJECT
Florence Nightingale Museum
The site uses a content management system (CMS) which allows the client to maintain the website and update the site as often as they wish. Levels of access can be assigned, authors, editor, publisher, managers and administrators. Full control over menus and content. A full selection of components and extensions are available including a newsletter manager, polls, newsfeeds, forms, search engines and templates.
The site has a e-commerce section, so visitors can buy books, souvenirs and educational resources. All payments are processed by a secure connection to WorldPay, owned by the Royal Bank of Scotland. For added security, no credit or debit card information is collected or stored locally. For this site we used Joomla template developers and Virtuemart programmer for e-commerce customisation.
